Mapei planiseal 88 Karachi (Osmotic cementitious mortar suitable for contact with drinking water, for waterproofing masonry and concrete structures)

Building Comforts provide Mapei planiseal 88 Karachi.Waterproofing concrete or masonry tanks containing sewage water. Renovation of structures subject to water and moisture seepage including underground structures and similar locations subject to negative pressure up to 1 bar. As a smoothing and waterproofing compound of underground walls before laying of bituminous membranes. Selected graded aggregates and special synthetic polymers according to a formula developed in the MAPEI research laboratories

2-Mapecoat I 24 (Two-component epoxy paint for anti-acid coating of concrete surfaces):

Protection of floors, reservoirs and concrete pipes in contact with aggressive chemical agents such as acids, caustic solutions and hydrocarbons

Some application examples:

Anti-acid protection of sewage pipes.
Protective coating of purification tanks.
Chemical and mechanical protection of industrial floorings.
Protection of exhaust tanks for oil and hydrocarbons.

3-Mapefer 1K (One-component corrosion-inhibiting cement mortar for the protection of reinforcing rods):

Corrosion-inhibiting protection of concrete reinforcing rods. Adhesion improver for concrete repair mortars

Some application examples:

Re-alkalising corrosion-inhibiting protection for reinforcing rods in the repair of concrete carried out with shrinkage-compensated mortars from the Mapegrout range or with standard cement mortars modified with synthetic based latex.
It can also be used for underground concrete construction.

4-Mapefill GP (General purpose non-shrink grout with exceptionally high fluidity, non-toxic, non-corrosive and chloride free.):

Mapefill GP is a general purpose non-shrink grout recommended for grouting voids in structural elements such as patching up honeycombs in concrete, filling gaps in precast elements and grouting base plates and bridge bearings.

Mapefill GP also has the following qualities:

Anchoring of mechanical equipment.
Anchoring of steel bars.
Filling rigid joints between elements in concrete and precast concrete structures.
Execution of underpinning.
Pressure grouting of concrete structures.
Grouting of machine base plates or bridge bearings.
Concrete repair.

5-Carboplate (Pultruded carbon fibre plate with a double plastic protective film):

This system is used for repairing and strengthening reinforced cement elements damaged by physical and mechanical stresses, strengthening concrete and wooden members to withstand flexural loads and for the seismic upgrading of structures in highrisk areas.

Some application examples :

Repairs and static upgrading on reinforced concrete beams, floor joists and floor slabs to increase the bending moment.
Flexural strengthening of wooden beams and joists.
Repair of structures damaged by fire.
Repair of structures damaged by earthquakes.

6-Adesilex™ (P10 Premium Glass Tile Mortar with Polymer):

Adesilex P10 is a premium-grade, bright white, multipurpose thin-set mortar formulated with nonsag properties. Adesilex P10 is designed for glass tile, glass mosaic and marble mosaic, and is ideal for light translucent natural stone. Mix with MAPEI’s Keraply™ for increased performance and submerged installations.

When mixed with water:

Most interior/exterior residential installations on floors and walls. Most interior/ exterior commercial installations on floors. Most interior commercial installations on walls.
Installation of ceramic and porcelain tile, glass tile, quarry tile, pavers, Saltillo tile, and most types of marble, granite and natural stone

Mapelastic Waterproofing Pakistan: (Two Component high flexibility cementations mortar (with crack-bridging capacity) applied by trowel or rolled for waterproofing balconies terraces, bathrooms and swimming pools):

Mapelastic Smart is used to protect concrete structures, renders with hairline cracks and cementitious surfaces in general which, being subject to vibrations, may suffer from cracking, and for waterproofing hydraulic projects such as channels, faces of dams and swimming pools, basins, storage tanks, balconies and terraces. Particularly suitable for waterproofing irregular surfaces.

Some application examples :

Waterproofing hydraulic channels, faces of dams and basins.
Waterproofing bathrooms, showers, balconies, terraces, swimming pools etc. before laying ceramic tiles.
Waterproofing plasterboard, render or cementitious surfaces, lightweight cement blocks and marine-grade plywood.

8-AntiPluviol (Colourless water repellent impregnator treatment based on silicon Compounds in water Solutions):

Colourless protection against rain of exposed concrete structures, cement renders, cellular cement, facebricks, exposed concrete blocks, natural and artificial stone, etc.

Repair of plastered walls exposed to rain.
Colourless water-repellent protection of period buildings or those of special architectural value.
Water-repellent treatment for walls, facebricks and natural stone.

9-Mapesil AC (solvent Free ,acetic cross linking mildew-resistant silicone sealant with low modules of elasticity available in 26 colors and transparent. Adhesion enhancer for silicone sealants):

Mapesil AC is an acetic-crosslinking silicone sealant suitable for sealing glass, ceramic and anodised aluminium. Bonding to other substrates such as concrete, wood, metal, painted surfaces, plastic and rubber may be achieved using Primer FD as a bonding enhancer.

Sealing joints in wall and floor coverings of ceramic and cement, provided they are not subject to heavy abrasion.
Sealing joints between sinks or sanitary ware and ceramic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and showers with colours coordinated with the MAPEI's range of grouts.
Sealing joints in swimming pools.
Assembling compositions of glass tiles and artistic stained glass windows.
Sealing glazing of door and window frames.
Sealing air ducts, water pipes, etc.

10-KeraColar FF:(High performance, polymer-modified, water-repellent, cement-based grout with Drop Effect® technology for joints up to 6 mm):

Grouting interior and exterior floor and wall tiling (single fired, double fired, klinker, porcelain tile, etc.), stone material (natural stones, marble, granite, agglomerates, etc.), glass and marble mosaics.

Grouting floor and wall ceramic tiles in interiors.
Grouting swimming pools
Grouting particularly smooth and glossy floor surfaces (smooth and polished porcelain, pre-smoothened and polished marble, glazed tiles).
Grouting ceramic tile industrial flooring where resistance to chemical agents is not required (garages, warehouses, etc.).

11-Kerapoxy(Two component acid-resistant epoxy grout(available in 23 colours for joints of at least 3mm can also be used as an adhesive):

Indoor and outdoor grouting of ceramic tile and natural stone floors and walls. Also suitable for acid-resistant bonding and rapid setting of ceramic tiles, stone materials, fibre-cement, concrete and any other building material on all types of substrates normally used in construction. Kerapoxy allows you to create floors, walls and worktops, etc. in compliance with the HACCP system and the requirements of EC Regulation No. 852/2004 regarding hygiene and foodstuffs.

Grouting floors and walls in the food industry (dairies, abattoirs, breweries, wine-cellars, conserved-food plants, etc.), shops and areas where hygiene is required (ice-cream shops, butchers, fish vendors, etc.).
Grouting swimming pools; particularly suitable for basins containing salt or thermal water.
