BUILDING COMFORTS was chosen for the roof waterproofing in June, 2009 by its then Chairman, Atif Dada. We were requested to complete only 1,000 sft works on roof using traditional 60 Pound Jute Felt. Heavy rains soon tested our work.

In December, 2009, we were issued work orders for a further 16,000 sft roof waterproofing using our Malaysian acrylic product, Greenseal 201. Our product was chosen out of three products due to following reasons:

  • It is a non-reactive compound and is therefore, suitable for historical building.
  • Greenseal Flexi 201 bonds extremely well will all type of surfaces including roof slabs and metallic surfaces
  • It is almost impossible to peal off Greenseal 201 once it has been applied and allowed to dry for approx. 24 hours
  • Its wonderful elasticity allows it to be used on structures which have internal movements
